Bought a zmax from them. Sent it back for a faulty button. sent it back again for a broken ego thread sleeve. about to send it back because the top pops off and the internals fall out. I've been through 3 zmaxes so far and trust me im not abusing them. I barely ever use them because I've gone completely mechanical.
Perry takes care of it promptly and I appreciate it. He also took care of my buddy's zmax when it broke. I'm about to ask for something other than the Zmax though I'm frustrated with sigelei's quality but that has nothing to do with varitube. I'll let you know how it goes when I ask to completely get rid of my PV and exchange for something else.
