Their marketing claims it's 100% pure, which probably means it's USP, which is 99.5% anhydrous.* And it's probably safe. But to be absolutely sure you're using what everyone else in the vaping world is using, you need to see the USP designation on the label (or see its equivalent grading if not purchased or made in the U.S.).

* 99.5% anhydrous means that up to 0.5% is water.

I would check a couple pharmacies and whatnot before ordering, although from the looks of the label and other's experience, if that is all you have to work with, it's probably safe (not ideal) but safe. And, unfortunately, it sounds like you are in an area where you may need to make those safe versus ideal calculations, so it's good that you are asking. In your situation, I would probably use it.

Best of luck

thank you for your rply. im planning to make a diy e juice. because the price here in saudi arabia is to expensive. and delivery outside the country will have a custom problem they will hold you liquids.
Welcome and glad you joined.
I suspect the importing of nicotine would be a problem but the other DIY ingredients should be benign because these ingredients can have multiple other non vaping uses.
