Anyone replace them with Philips or flat head screws? The tool that came with it was slightly too small and stripped one out partially but a 1.5mm fits better so it's not stuck inside but I'd like to replace them. I'm just looking to see if anyone else has replaced them and what they replaced them with.

Alright well I went to throw a twisted coil into it and one of the screws is completely stripped out from the wrong size key. So I emailed where I bought it and they're going to send me out another one cause they checked their boxes and all of them have the wrong key. So lesson learned. I'm going to order some hardened steel ones though cause I don't trust this metal either. Does anyone know the thread pitch? I see a few different sizes.

i dont think you need to worry about thread pitch.

mine are clones and the size is m3 and i went with 3mm length grub screw so m3 x 3 but like i said you can get them off ebay dirt cheap so even if you bought a couple or three dif sizes around that then you wouldnt be far off But if its a clone then it should be same as mine i woulda thought.

why wait for slowtech if you need them now lol you'd prob get em in couple days off ebay

I bought it from a place in the USA so it should be here in a few days. They said they shipped it today. The issue is that the screw is stuck in the hole with the coil so i'm going to replace the screws and use a tool that fits, but I can't get this one out. I'm going to try carefully dremeling a notch and see if I can use a flathead. I'll be looking on ebay, or maybe go to the hobby store and see what they have laying around..

I realize I'm digging up a dead thread here, but how did you get the screw out once it was stripped? Mine just stripped and I can't get it out to replace it, so I also can't change coils and the coils aren't burning evenly anymore. What do I do??
See if you have a small flat bladed screwdriver that might engage the hole. That sometimes works.
