Briefly describe your problem or issueOrdered on Black Friday and ordered several things. Got 3 of them but not the 4th (Nutty Cookie) emailed and asked that they make the order good and they claimed they would. two weeks later (end of January) and emailed again and asked about it and no response. They have the product on back order and if you order it it says it will take 2-5 days to ship so they are filling new orders of it. Just wondering why they do not think need to make my order right. I paid for it I should get it.
