Velvet Vaper questions

So, a week ago I bought a sample pack from Velvet Vapers. My flavor choices were apple hookah, organic watermelon, hypnotic mist, root beer float and maitai. So far, I have only enjoyed the watermelon. I did them all in Velvet signature blend, besides the watermelon, which is in 100% organic VG. The root beer float tastes too much like root beer barrels, the maitai is too strong on any flavor, the hypnotic mist just tastes too complex, and the apple hookah is very light on the apple flavor. Did I just choose bad juices, or is most of their flavors like this? I would be willing to give them a second shot if it was just my choices.

Either way, bought a sample pack from FuZion, so we'll see how that goes.

I bought some orange pineapple from them and it was really strong at first but after a few more weeks it has really mellowed. So my advice to you my friend is start drinking heavily, I mean put them aside for a bit and try them at a later date.

I've had them steeping for the rest of the week (at about a week old steep now), so I guess i'll go to them next week and see. Your orange pineapple was probably like my maitai, way too strong and overpowering.

yes my orange pineapple was way too strong, it took about two and a half weeks to mellow so I hope it does the same for your juice and you end up enjoying them. Good luck

u gotta let em steep for a week and try em again, they're all mixed fresh. hypno mist is made by flavour art btw...my "adv", not sure what u mean by it's too complex tho...how can that be a bad thing?

I'm hoping they mellow, too. Would be a waste of juice if I can't enjoy them. I'll report back in a week or so as to how much they've mellowed.

I primarily use Velvet liquids and I have had more likes than dislikes. Personal taste is definitely subjective.

Alright, so almost every flavor is out. After some steeping, I really enjoyed them. I'm guessing it's cause of the VG content (or the VG they use) but it left a film and weird taste in my mouth. It wasn't just one, but all, and it was stronger on the 100% VG one, which led me to think it was the VG. No biggy, just drank more. The Apple Hookah was really good with the apple being more pronounced after steeping. Very reminiscent of the shisha. The watermelon wasn't too strong, could have actually been a bit stronger. The Root Beer Float was amazing, losing a good amount of the licorice taste, and gaining a stronger vanilla taste after steeping. Sad that it's gone actually. The Hypnotic Mist and Maitai still aren't hitting high notes with me. Not bad, just not my thing.
