I would just like to say that Katharine from Velvet Vapors went above and beyond to fix a concern I had with her products. I ordered three 30 ml bottles 100% VG flavored liquid from her and when I got the order I was a little dissapointed with the consistency of the juice ( I like it thick) and one of the flavors was god awful (butterscotch cheesecake). I emailed her this and she explained that she adds a little water to her vg so it can be used in cartos more easily and that the flavor (butterscotch cheesecake) I received was going to be tested and was taken off the site. She sent me all three 30ml bottles of new juice no water added let me change the one flavor I did not like and replaced the sample pack I ordered as well. SO big thumbs up to Velvet Vapors and Kat. Thanks so much you have a customer for life especially for that delicious banana's foster you make. Great customer service.
