VEMO not working,still on warranty.

Hi its satwik from India,I brought 2 vemo from you on 22/11/2012.I was using one of them and kept one as backup today i tested the other one and after switching it on the switch area is getting very hot i removed the battery and found some smoke coming out from the battery area,after some time when I put the battery again it stopped working I can switch it on but its showing three 8 on the display,nothing else.
I still have one month warranty left on it ,please tell me how to get a replacement?
