It's not just PayPal......search Amazon and Ebay for anything related to E-cigs........won't find it.

Its not wise to mention any ecig vendors that except paypal out in the open here which is why your not going to get any answers unless they are overseas. I do know a bunch of US vendors that will accept paypal if you ask them but if i posted them they would get in trouble.
Paypal can be a terrible pain! They froze my sister's funds from ebay for over a month.
Anyway, I did use the paypal debit card for vaping supplies that pulls the money right out of my account and it seemed to work fine. (knock on wood) Hopefully they won't cancel the transaction! I had no idea that ecigs were taboo in the paypal world.
