Lets you choose up to 4 flavors to mix your own juice, and has tons of flavor options and a couple pg/vg options, and is quite affordable. Also you can order a free sample of their juice for just the price of shipping. I just got their coconut flavor sample in the mail today and it is quite good.

Vaporfi.com will mix up to 3 flavors for you. I haven't personally tried. I actually found them watching an mma fight because they were a sponsor of one of the fighters.

VapeCrafter...certainly not..I've heard nothing but bad things about these creeps.they don't return e-mails or calls they don't get their orders out I dealt with them once and never will again..I'd warn any vaper to steer clear of them.
