Vendors you would buy from if they had all-VG available

After a few months of vaping, and realizing that I was experiencing some PG side effects, I found my options greatly narrowed down to vendors whose juice I liked - which is hard enough to narrow down - to those that made 100% VG available as, at least, an option.

The one I miss the most is probably Backwoods Brew. Now I hear lots of good things about Goodejuice and Nite Lite. Whenever Vapor Station has VG available I snatch it up, but now that's becoming less frequent.

Are there any flavors and vendors you miss buying from because they don't have all-VG available?

Well there's VG and then there's VG. It all depends on the vendor or manufacturer and what they are doing. The quality of their VG base and other ingredients has a lot to do with it. The thinnest I've run across is probably the DK stuff. The Vapor Room VG is pretty thick, but not like trying to get condiments out of a squeeze bottle. And the tiniest amount of distilled water goes a long way in breaking VG down and thinning it. Some stuff is just dreadful by design - accidental design, I think - and clogs up anything in two hours. We do not buy that stuff.

I can deal with 100 VG - at least the stuff I've run across so far - as an atty user. Sure, they do get mucked up faster than with PG or a PG/VG blend. But I just clean 'em once a week and keep going. I have a friend who uses 100% VG in cartos of all sorts and it's not like she's having to toss them every 48 hours. From what I understand she's getting at least a week out of a carto before it becomes unusable.

You have to understand that us with PG allergies or serious PG sensitivities don't have much choice in the matter. My allergic reaction was so bad and so severe that my total experience with PG anything began and ended in my first four days of vaping. In other words, if I'm missing anything I wouldn't even know it.

No I totally get you and understand, I would love to vape all VG because of the vapor but it kills my hardware lol.

If you looking for a Juice maker that will do 100% VG try Ms Ts Bakery http://www.mstsbakery.com Now you already have problems with PG and you know it .. just call her and tell her that and she will make you juice special so you wont have any problems. One thing with Ms Ts is you can always talk to her or brandon and they will make your juice your way to help you...She may even send you sample to try just to make sure you have no Problems

I only drip, and I've never had any problems. In fact, sometimes I think that when dripping, VG seems to vaporize slower and more evenly than PG blends, and maybe even leak less. I do know that many people who use cartos either stick with certain vendors whose VG is thin enough, or they thin it with a tiny bit of distilled water as Rickajho described above.

Of course, if you have to use VG-only, any inconvenience doesn't matter, it's a necessity due to allergies or some other side effect - so, there's not much choice.

I'm so sorry to hear you have such a bad PG allergy. My reaction wasn't that bad, fortunately - I would break out in acne on my forehead and face. I thought they were "quit zits" which sometimes happens when people switch to vaping and their nicotine levels drop. But, I found that they lessened while I was vaping BWB Malty Toffee, which I later found out is mostly VG. When I went all-VG, the acne disappeared completely, and when I occasionally indulge in some PG stuff I have left over, it comes right back. Not the worst side effect in the world, but at least enough vendors have a VG option that I don't have to live with that...

I get all my VG liquids from Velvet Vapors. I love them with extra flavor, (just ask in the comments box)... as taste is subjective, this is of course MHO.

It has to do with specific gravity: the overall density of the liquid. Even a 100% VG liquid can be made to have the same "thickness" as a 100% PG liquid when crafted appropriately. There is some science and math to it, but you have to take the time to learn how to do it correctly.

It's also very hard to find a large variety of flavors that are 100% VG Based. The only other option is to use flavorings that are Ethanol based as far as my research has found. And while although "Ethanol" can be marketed as "organic"... personally... I'd rather not vape it! Some people do, though and they like it so everyone has their own opinions on that.

It also becomes difficult to carry that many different flavors, now you're talking about carrying your normal lines and the flavors required to make those, and separately carrying specific (and limited) flavorings that are either Ethanol or VG based. Some flavor vendors are starting to offer more of this, but a lot of it is still either insoluble or quite limited.

Probably why there isn't many of them out there. Didn't mean to derail you!
