Verano Vape possibly spoiled???

I bought a 500mg Verano Blueberry vape from my local dispensary today, January 3rd.... The seal says it was packaged in late October. When i i opened it, that cart itself didnt seem "full" and on the top layer is slightly darker than everything under it... Is this bad? Lol
