Verification process?

How do you know if you've been verified? I've been trying to gain access to the classifieds. I applied about a week ago or so. Where are the classifieds listed? In the forums? Just not sure if I missed something or not. Thanks

When you're verified, it will show that you're a verified member under your user name - when you post or in your profile.

You go about this process? It take a week or so, only one guy doing the processing.
