Did you follow the instructions to the letter, including ensuring your PayPal account is also verified as shown here?

I would also not use Tapatalk for this process, but rather use an actual computer and web browser.

Actually it wasn't correct. I just looked closer and the email you submitted was ######@#######.con and not com. I see you have a new request submitted, so when I process it I see no reason you won't be Verified.
