Sent an email via the website regarding an order I had placed a few weeks earlier (I had been blown away by the samples I'd ordered shortly before that). The larger sizes tasted somewhat perfume-y and different than the samples and I asked if there was anything I could do.
A few hours later Dave called me, asked a few questions to get the situation and gave some advice (letting them stand uncovered for a few days) that worked. There is a huge improvement in flavor. He offered to replace them at anytime, guaranteeing I would receive a different batch, and asked that I follow up to let him know the results.
Outstanding customer care!
