First, you'll want to check out our very own
DIY E-Liquid forum. You won't be able to post in there until you reach five posts in the New Members Forum (and the server updates at :25 past the hour) but you can still read and browse threads. As for what to get, I'd advise you steer clear of the "starter kits." They tend to be "padded" with a bunch of stuff you don't really need, and often come with cost-ineffective low-strength nicotine solutions. Instead, just get yourself some of the basics: nic, PG/VG, assorted syringes, blunt fill needles, and a couple of flavor concentrates that you think you'll like. If you've been vaping for 2 months, you probably have some leftover juice bottles sitting around from vendor juices (if not, start saving them as you use up the juice inside), you can just mix your liquid straight into the bottle.
Mixing juice is super easy. It really is just nicotine (dissolved in a base of PG and/or VG), additional PG/VG, and some flavor concentrate. You don't even need the flavor concentrate, many people find the mild and slightly-sweet flavor of the VG in "unflavored" e-liquid to be quite pleasurable. Measure the ingredients into your juice bottle using graduated syringes, cap the bottle, and shake to mix. It can get more complex with multi-flavor recipes, additives, "steeping" your juice, etc. but you don't have to get into any of that right away. It doesn't have to be real expensive, either. For my starter setup I think I paid less than $25 all told, and I've got enough to mix up about 120ml of juice (that's eight standard 15ml bottles, for the mathematically-challenged.) Try it, I bet you'll like it!
