very VERY angry at Halo right now

halocigs.com shipping has got to be the worst i have ever had the displeasure of experiencing...i buy a 5ml bottle of torque 56 and pay next to nothing for shipping, you would expect it to get here in 10 days or more right??? nope comes in 2. figuring that was a fluke when i went to purchase a 30ml bottle of torque 56 as well as truepure i paid extra money for shipping/ I paid for my package 5 days ago and its still not here and upon calling the post office ive been told that they dont even have my package, that it hasn't even been scanned and that i should be contacting halo immediately. i know there are plenty of people out there who have had nothing but good experiences with halo but this just makes me furious especially since ive run out of all my juice..sorry just needed to vent.

also if this is not the right spot for something like this i am sorry

Well have you contacted them yet? Lots of these complaint threads are solved the second the supplier is notified. You should really let them know whats up if you have not. Just my 2cents, good luck!

I completely understand your frustration; I would be bonkos if I couldn't vape. Halo has given me great customer service, and I think their Truepure is the BEST tast out there. I think you should contact them now, and I think they are quality oriented enough to get you something shipped quick. Go to their supplier site and pm one of the folks there.

well after making this thrad i decided to contact them adn they said that it had been shipped on the 15th and that they have been getting several complaints because of usps telling them the exact same thing they told me, its been shipped but i guess because of the holidays its been taking everything a bit longer....but 5 days is quite a bit of time considering im only a days drive away :\...but i HOPE that it will be here today..i still have till around 3:00 or so..i think im just getting a bit ancy because i havent been able to vape for 4 days and the pack of cigs sitting next to me is looking pretty good right now :\...i feel bad for ranting liek this lol..and this one mes up isn't going to stop me from buying halo because i DO love halo..just not being able to vape for 4 days is driving me insane

So the box containing my liquid FINALLY came today about 10 mins ago, i quickly grabbed the box and when i grabbed it i noticed that it looked like it had been crushed, i take it inside open it up to find that my ENTIRE bottle of truepure had been crushed flat as a disc and it all leaked out insde the box..the box itself looked like it had been tampered with and taped back up...at this point im about to lose it on somone at USPS...simple task yet these idiots seem to mess it up somehow

Partly due to the holidays and partly (mostly) due to the USPS. I ordered juice and cartos from a different vendor on the 10th, got verification it shipped same day. Just got it today the 20th. It was going from California to Ohio, but the package got side tracked to Puerto Rico, so after half a world trip I finally got my juice. Thank goodness I wasn't close to running out, just wanted to try a new flavor. I was in pretty desperate need for the cartos though, but I managed...

Ok so i retract my statement about being mad at halo, it was a rash statement made before even taking the time to write to them, they are an awesome business who has been nothing but amazing to me, i emailed them about the problem with the shipment they responded super fast (like 10 minutes) i wrote to them about the shipment being almost completely trashed and they wrote me back asking me to take pics so they can get this all sorted out for me and they are also going to send me another bottle free!..halo is a wonderful business and treats their customers well
