Vet Vaporer, twist noob (it's otw!) volt/new questions

Okay, it didn't take long for you all to convince me. I didn't know the 510 world was so awesome and so cheap $1/carto--$2/carto in the 808 world! So my 2 1000 twists are otw! And so are my 2.5 vivis, Boge LR carto back-ups and tiny tank to play with. Questions:

1) VV: So I know the Vivi Nova is kinda of a low volt unit. But my overall question is: so I slap on a 2.0 ohm carto, 1.8 vivi head, 2.8 vivi head or some clearo. Is there some rough guide to volt range? Do I just start at the bottom and twist up until I find a good spot I like?

2) Safety: can I screw up the twist? Like if I turn it too high on some 1.8 head? Any things to know?

3) Any tips? Any things to know? I've looked at the boards but if you have some secrets I'd be happy to hear them.

Just start low and keep moving up volts till you find where you like it. At least thats what i do. if you go too high you will just get a little burnt taste. If that happens just lower your voltage a little bit.

I have eGo 1000mah Twists and I use the eGo Mega Dual Coil 1.5 Cartos with the twist set at 4.0. I also use the ce4 Clearos set between 3.8 - 4.4, depending on what I'm vaping. Usually 4.0 - 4.4 for thick vg juices, like Bobas Bounty, a little lower, 3.8 - 4.2 or so with 70/30 PG/VG mix. Sorry, can't help you with the vivi. I'm looking to get a couple but like you I still have questions about which atomizer to get and also what do I need to rebuild the atty.
