vets opinions on bottom feeder mods please!

well i'm progressing pretty quickly through the hardware...blu, ego, passthrough and now I think its soon time to buy a bottom feeder. I'm looking at the wetbox, mostly because its the least expensive one I've found. Granted the Ali'i and the Phidias are much much prettier, but wow are they expensive.

Is there a substantial difference in performace among the three? The basic premise seems to be the same, but does one of them just do that much better of a job than the others?

Also, which atty/cart or carto do you think works best for your favorite bottom feeder?

asti....I'm not so mechanically inclined. I'd end up being the guy that makes a mod that blows up. LOL. Better to spend the money on something safe.

I have 2 Ali'i and I must say, they work like a dream. Simple to use and hassle free. I am planning on getting a Reo Grand once they become available again. If it works half as good as the Ali'i, I'll be thrilled.

The WetBox is in not anywhere near the same class mod as the REO, Phidias, and Ali'i, and will give you none of the craftsmanship, reliability, and hassle free vaping that the more expensive mods will give you. Spend a little time researching the mods here on ECF, and I think you will find that the WetBox is not rated very high by those who have bought and used one, and you will find nothing but praise from the REO, Phidias, and Ali'i mod users. I own 4 of the REO mods, and 2 of the Phidias mods, and they are worth every dollar I paid for them.

I think the REOs (either mini or grand) are the pinnacle of mod development.

Dspin is right on I had a wetbox and it worked but not very good. I built a top feed and I like it a lot better it is like dripping. A lot of people do not like top feed because there is an exposed tube to carry the juice up but for me it works good.

I agree with Banjo....the Phidias, Ali'i and the REO's are the best as far as I can tell. We have all three here at the house. You will find much info and much praise for all of these...and you will also find they are out of stock. This is a waiting game as these guys are craftsmen and are turning these babies out one at a time until they have a stock pile...then they put them up for sale. So you will have plenty of time to do the research and find which one you think would work best. Personally, I like the REO's best, my vape is a REO mini. I use a low resistance atomizer 1.5ohm with a stainless drip tip. Good luck on your search, and remember we're always here to help.
