This Stack Exchange question/answer explains it pretty well.

Ideally, your liquids aren't being heated to the point of combustion, merely vaporization, and so they shouldn't be producing these harmful aldehydes. You can read the previous thread you posted if you want more of the same -- you seem to like asking new questions without acknowledging information that has been previously (and succinctly) explained to you.

I vape on a aspire vision spinner, at around 3.8v, this cant be harmful as i dont taste any burning

You probably aren't burning your liquids.

You're looking for an answer like, "Vaping is 100% safe." when really nobody can confidently give you that answer. Yes, in most cases vaping is safer than smoking, but that doesn't make it safer than not vaping.

Unfortunately there's a lot of inaccurate and fear mongering information about the health risks of vaping on the internet. At least, there is when I search. Just remember to take all that with a grain of salt, and you'll have to sift through it to get to the real info. Nobody knows the long-term risks of vaping at this point so don't believe all the horrible, negative, scary information you may see. You probably already knew that ;) but I thought it was worth noting.
