Crud .............
I just realized I have that same VG by Frontier . It was the only stuff I could find locally as Micheal's, Hobby Lobby , Walmart etc didn't have any Wilton's and I didn't think about the U.S.P thing as it came from a health food store.
I sent a email to them asking about it before I trash the bottle, luckly I've only used a small amount of it just in case.
I'll post the email I get when I hear from them.

Just found on frontier's site:

Glycerin - Glycerin is a colorless, odorless, viscous, water-soluble liquid with slightly sweet taste. Vegetable glycerin is made from palm, soybean, coconut or corn oils. Glycerin can also be made from animal fat. To avoid it, look for vegetable glycerin on the label. Glycerin is used as a carrier for flavors, a humectant (a substance that promotes retention of moisture) and as an ingredient in baked goods to preserve moisture and prevent staling. It also has uses in cosmetic formulations for smoothing and softening properties.Frontier carries USP-grade Glycerin 99.7% made from palm oil

Says USP grade, don't know why its not on the bottle. I think it would be just fine.

Over the edge...
Just go into any pharmacy (Walmart, CVS, RiteAid, Walgreens etc.) and ask the pharmacist where the vegetable Glycerin is. It will likely be the Humco brand which is USP grade. Says so right on the label. Although any USP brand is okay. Just VG, no nic or flavor. Suitable for mixing with any juice or vaped as a flavorless, no nic juice.
