If you can't find VG in a regular grocery store, try a health food store. We have an awesome one here where I live that carries every nutritional product worth using and a million that I have no idea about.

Anyway, I picked up a quart of food grade VG for $16 at the health food store. They had two different brands and the options were everything from 8 ounce up to a quart. It's really cheap when you figure the per ml cost compared to the little bottles most of the e-juice vendors sell, and there's no shipping cost when you buy locally. (I asked them if they might have nicotine liquid and I got a really horrified look from the woman I spoke to....perhaps I should have known better than to ask. Health nuts...go figure!)

I do a 50/50 PG/VG mix that works great without adding anything other than flavoring if I'm mixing my own.

I hear a lot of people use something like vodka or PGA to thin out VG. I can't have alcohol because of heart problems or else I would give it a try myself.

Small world. I use 50/50 PG/VG, too. Glycerin has a flavor to it where Propylene Glycol does not. But Glycerin adds a thickness to the vapor and has a higher boiling point than PG. I think it's a best of both worlds solution.

I recently picked up some Now Solutions 4oz VG for $5 from a local health food store. I thought it would be healthier than the generic brand I bought from Rite Aide, but it's much better than that! Doesn't have the same rank smell and my juice taste much cleaner. I use some other Now product myself, just wish I tried this one sooner.
