They are ecig liquid bases..... the stuff that creates the vapor effect.

PG= propylene glycol
VG= vegetable glycerin

Most times PG is fine, but some are sensitive or allergic to it. VG adds a slight "sweeter" taste to the mix and from personal experience produces more vapor than the PG does.
