vg/pg ratio for carto tanks

i will be purchasing my first quantiy of ejuice online and want to know if i need to keep anything in mind as to the pg/vg ratio when using prepunched cartos...

i've been vaping 100% vg lately but have been using a dual coil CE3 (i think) carto with 2 holes on either of of the carto that are rather large and have had no problems. when i move to single coil cartos with the MUCH smaller holes, will i have an issue with a higher vg ratio? can you recommend a ratio for these smaller holed cartos?

i'm going to be ordering from vaporbomb as they are local and seem reasonably priced at about $15/30ml...
anyone know of anything cheaper with decent quality?

i think it also depends on the juice.
my mount baker CandyBar and Caramel Coffee will gum up a carto real quick.
but my mount baker Banana, ApplePie & Cinnamon Roll seem to be flowing just fine.
YMMV.

I had some issues using the single hole with a thicker juice...mostly VG. However, when I purchased a punch tool and able to make two or three small holes, the flow seem better. Good Luck.

I have never run into a wicking issue with 70VG/30PG using prepunched Boge cartos.

I use single coil XL predrilled with 2 holes and have excellent results with 50/50 blends. No problems with 80pg/20vg either.

Haven't tried a higher VG than 50% though so can't offer any experience there.

MBV says the 50/50 is ideal for tanks, and so far that's proven to be true...for me.

Boge 2.0 Ohm two holes punched for 50/50 VG/PG and three holes punched for 70/30 VG/PG and dual slots for 100% VG.

I've used 100% VG in two hole punched cartomizers and it seemed to work fine. I can go about three to four days of vaping on a carto using straight vg juice.
