What is the taste difference with pure PG and VG without any flavoring? From what I read so far on this forum, VG tastes slightly sweeter than PG with more vapor production and dense texture. Is this true?
I find pg has a taste I don't really care for, and it is abit rough on my throat and lungs. Others will disagree. I think it is highly personal there. I am not a big fan of TH, others like PG for that. VG does produce more vapor, and I like that.
I've heard some people describe PG as sweeter, others say VG is. Again, I think it's highly subjective. I just notice a certain chemically tatse to PG that I don't like. I usually only vape VG(usually my own DIY), but I got 30mls of free samples of PG juice, so I have been downing it, lol. Kinda tired of it actually.
I have about 80 liquids now, half PG half VG; I cannot tell which are PG or VG when I vape them. I think it is because the flavorings and nicotine VASTLY affect the flavor AND vastly affect the vapor content AND vastly affect throat hit. I vape mostly 4mg to 11mg nicotine, use Vapor4Life batteries and cartos, and fill my cartos with PG and VG liquids from Cignot, V4L, Vaporbomb, and Velvetvapor. My flavors are here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ion/112966-flavor-bragging-3.html#post1748995
I find Vg to be a little sweeter. I also find with lr attys vg gets really hot and does not produce much flavor. I prefer 20-30%VG. (I do like vapor as well)
