So a company was having a sale on Vgo batteries. I emailed and asked them beforehand if they would be able to be charged on an Ego charger and they said yes. So i got the thing and have not been able to get it to charge yet. I put it on the charger, the vgo LED lights up, the light on the charger goes red -- but then it stays red forever. So I emailed them again, they said the battery thingie might need to be jiggied up to make the connection. I did that (several times) and it does the same thing. They say they will not take it back and send me a replacement because i got it on sale. What to do? Any suggestions?
