I buy the blank cartomizers from Cigeasy and don't use the silicone washer inside there. I do use the white plastic cap on the end. I don't really think the silicone washer is there for anything but to catch liquid. When I fully drain one it will take 10 to 15 drops to fill it back up. When filling an empty one it takes almost 18 drops. This depends on the size of your dropper bottle. I have some 50 ml bottles that have huge drops and smaller 10 ml bottles that have real small drops. So the number of drops is irrelevant. I hear that they hold almost 2 ml of juice. Some use a syringe to refill. I will just watch and drop until the filler material is WET. Stop when it looks wet. Always put that little plug in the end and a rubber cap on the battery end while filling. This will catch any extra juice you may get in there. Put the rubber cover on the other end and set it aside. The most important step is to let it set for at least a half hour after filling. This lets the juice get to the atomizer. If you get a gurgling sound blow it out from the battery end.

This is just my personal experience, Hope it helps.

So I got a DPV9 from Eastmall.. Very nice so far, but the Bloog cartomizers definitely don't fit on the DPV9. The threading post on the DPV9 is wider than the Bloog.. Anyone know what cartomizers may be compatible? I got the bulk carts from Eastmall with my order which are a good deal @ 37.5 for 25, but the normal 5 packs are $10 which seems high, and at $15 for shipping a 5 pack of various flavors will cost $2.60/e
