I'm fairly new to vaping and I haven't tried to make any DIY liquids, so this might be a silly question. After reading the DIY warnings stickied on this forum and Viking Vapor's disclaimer I just wanted to make sure though, so here goes:

I saw that Viking Vapor offers double flavoring as well as 0% nic liquid. I'm considering getting a 36 mg juice with double flavor. If I mix it with the same amount of unflavored liquid I will have doubled the volume and made it 18 mg liquid with the regular amount of flavoring, right?

When cutting with unflavored it can be easy to water the flavor down too much. Some vendors do not add enough flavoring to make the end result tastey. Usually double flavoring means just extra flavoring to make the juice stronger flavored. I have bought some strong flavors from VV and never cut them because I felt it would washout the taste too much. Peppermint and Blueberry are two from VV I have used at double flavoring and I would cut them with the 0mg of the same flavor but not with unflavored.
