VIP company who makes the Morpheus Mod--need some help!

Is anybody familiar with these guys? The only way to attempt to contact them that I have learned is through their FB page. I have a Morpheus mod that is authentic. I purchased here in the classifieds. I have the authenticity card etc. I have been trying to get a top cap and pin replacement since I got it. I bought it with scotch tape holding the pin in the top cap and I have been searching for a place to purchase a replacement. The responses I got from VIP via their FB page has been no resulting. They first tried to refer me to another company, who supposedly sells their product, called ONDECK. After several attempts to reach them with no response I went back to VIP FB and told them my results. They then asked me to send a pic of my device to prove authenticity which I did. I then have been trying to get a response with solution from them for several months. Does anybody have any knowledge of them or any advice on how I can remedy this situation? Im just looking for some help. I think it is a decent mod and I would like to use it or sell it but I won't attempt to do either until I can get it functioning properly.
