I've been blessed to meet so many incredible people on this forum who are so wonderfully loving and supportive. I thought I'd open up a sticky thread so we can all find a place to go when we need each other's help. Post here if you need emotional support, guidance or advice. We're here to help!

Only three and one/half hours to go before I can officially say I made it ONE full day without a cigarette!! Last night I chose to smoke my night ciggie really...really late (2:00 a.m.). What a wall crawling day! Thanks for all the support everyone.
My little red ego is chug chug chugging away. I think I can, I think I can, I think I can .... one more bit of hill to go!!

You are doing great Larkfour, don't beat yourself up if you slip a little. Soon the taste of that ciggie will taste like crap and you'll wonder how you ever smoked them when there is a world of delicious vapor to be had lol. I know my nasty cigarette habit didn't start at a pack a day, it got there over years... too many years. For my first few weeks of vaping, my pv was glued to my hand, and I hit it constantly. It will get better! Especially when your new juice arrives.

Holy Batmam, Robin and Rudolph I made it! It is 2:00 a.m.
24 hours without that RJR Reynolds "All Natural American Spirit" high crack nicotine content cigarette!!! whyfiles.org/183smoking/2.html

You should see me smiling right now! Woot...Woot 24 hours :p

IMO, you have overcome the hardest hurdle...the first 24 hours. If you can do it for 24 hrs, you can do it period. One hour at a time, my friend, and you will be cig free!

Made it through day two and night Ciggie free on 12 mg. Juice. Yup- I probably need that 24 mg.
Burned the daylights out of another Bud Sapphire trying to voraciously suck in some nic, flavor and throat hit last night. Definitely operator error on these things with me.
I ended up ordering the Ovale Ego C with a package of low res. attys, for my mom *wink wink* after destroying the first Bud, and not being able to get enough flavor out of the others I filled. Ego C arrived fast! Of course I have to try it out so I can teach her. LMAO - nearly burned out the atty on it last night! I decided to fill another tank with a second flavor, and give that a whirl. Pulled the first tank off and it only had a few drops left in it. What the heck! Where did all the juice go??? I have read these tanks leak: I unscrewed everything and looked everywhere for that missing juice. I could not find it.
I still inhale way to hard! I can make this tank system work if I pretend I'm a lady at tea-time. I like it, there is really good flavor with the low res atty.

Larkfour Good going.... At the same time if you slip don't stress over it too much. I'll slip once in a while too, good thing about it though is you realize you aren't missing much and they taste worse and worse the longer you go without one. And also isn't it better that you had went X amount of time without an analog compared to only going a few hours without one a week or month ago?

We've all been there or are going through the same thing at one point. No one is perfect in this imperfect world. Every hour you vape instead of smoke is an hour you win :).

rofl..Ok so when I came in here I was thinking it was a funny post... Like a virgin vapor 12 step group! I'm totally addicted to the stuff, so i popped in. But this is much more useful in the real world. I'll pop back in when I have a few to read threads, but Larkfour... So glad you did the whole day!!! Good for you!!

Larkfour-another giant WOOOOOOOHOOOOOO!

orachel-This is that group, and welcome!
Step one of your process is realizing you have a problem, that's good.
Step two is to change your shipping address on future VV orders to mine (keep ordering as usual though, that's covered in a later step, I'll PM the address).
Step three is to ship your extra hi nic juice to Larkfour and/or anyone else in need (I'm sure overnight shipping would be appreciated).

We'll cover the the next three steps once you've made it past these...and good luck!

Ran out of juice today... well I can still once in a while hit a cart.... and got some analogs. Tastes like yak ...., and I find myself wanting to pick up my Ego and take a drag off that instead of the analog.

Dumb Dumb Lesson #1 - always make sure I have a supply of juice at hand.
Dumb Dumb Lesson #2 - the flavorless stuff I was vaping STILL tastes better than an analog.

So take this Dumb Dumb Wolf as an example and mark down those lessons. If you follow them you will not end up in the same boat as Dumb Dumb Wolf.
