With all the competition in the electronic cigarette market, if you don't have good customer service, ( and there are a lot of places that don't) you are eventually not going to make it. Virgin Vapors has great customer service. One of there reps here on this forum went to great lengths to satisfy me when I encountered a problem. I am more than pleased with what they did, and with their prompt, often immediate responses to my emails. I highly recommend Virgin Vapors for all your needs.
