Like the title says I got about 15 drops of white rabbit threw it. Was vaping took a drag everything was gravy next drag nothing. So I try one more nada, check the ohms 9.9 .... It just died, I tried it on another device still giving an shorted reading. I drop it accidentally put it on and it works again, for about 5 puffs then dead again. I tap it from multiple angles works twice then its gone. Now my question is this a regular occurrence? I have a Cisco spec 2.5 ohm that I've cleaned three times and am currently vaping a fourth flavor with no issues. I was starting to like dripping attys for trying juices when I didn't want to commit my whole sample size to a tank. I can't justify a $7 gamble when a decent rebuildable dripping atty is 5x the cost and has an indefinite life span.

Where you least expect it....
You got yourself a dud and with the ohm reading. It would be best to toss it, since it can create additional problems. Such as shorting out your device.

Was this the first time you used the atomizer. Did you give it time to rest (priming) before taking your first vape. If you did then you can talk to the company you bought it from and see if they have a warranty for DOA atomizers.

It was the first time I used the atomizer (hadn't been fired or any other juice put in), I let it sit about 5 mins after dripping some juice in for the first time. I did get about an hour -/+ of vape time before it died. I checked the vendors site and under the description it said no warranty or returns. I'm going to toss it if I haven't already and just avoid dripping atomizers.

You just got yourself a dud atty so don't give up on dripping just yet unless you don't enjoy the best flavor vaping has to offer.I have bought some that stopped working on the first or second vape and have a few that have lasted me over a year of use.Try another atty don't give up yet.

Oh I'm certainly not done with dripping. I'll just use rbas... I have a Cisco spec dripping atty I've been using for about 3 weeks (cleaned 5 times 6 different flavors) and have had nothing but a great vape. But at $6-9 its a gamble I'd rather not take when that cost could build me a lot of coils. I wasn't familiar with the life span or duds because I've only had one other dripping atty.
