I had about three or four Vision clearomizers that didn't work good from the begining. I pulled the silicone "breather tube" assembly out with a paperclip first, then I cut two little wedges on the bottom of the silicone cup right where they meet the wicks when put together. This leaves a tiny space where the coil assembly can allow air to bubble (breath) out and allow juice to drip down. Now when you tip the clearomizer back so the juice flows back by the drip tip you can see tiny bubbles, one or two, coming out of the tiny triangle slits just above the wicks. I haven't had any dry hits since and they now have awesome vapor production also. If you have a clearomizer that doesn't work, don't throw it away, just try this and it might work.
