Does ANYONE have a solution to keeping the Vision clearos from gurgling/leaking into the batt connection? 1.2 ml 2.5 ml both gurgle like mad. When not, they are my faves...but that's only 1 or 2 hits after a cleaning, then gurgle city...I blow them out, flick the mouthpiece, don't overfill, etc. I modded the silicone seal on the inside lip to improve wicking, (if I don't I get dry hits), and I'm only filling to the bottom of the ceramic. Help please....

Im not a fan of the Vision Clearos they always did that to me. After use.. I usually just took a much slower/softer drag.

The replaceable head models seem not to have that problem if the head is screwed on tight. I have switched to the Kanger T2's and they are heaven. No problems with them at all. They are also much less $$

As CDnerds says. The gurgle you are getting is juice getting into the center tube and running into your battery. Make sure your coil is tight, not to tight though, you may strip the threads. I make it a practice that every time I re-fill to make sure the coil piece is tight. 6 times out of 10, it's loose. Take the clearo off the battery, wipe out the excess juice from the battery with a paper towel, then on the clearo, (with it still off the battery) blow through the clearo a time or two. Then reassemble and the gurgle should be gone.

Once or twice I had the gurgling, but realized somehow the juice did get down the center post after trying to be careful when refilling. After using papertowel to clean batt and the bottom of the clearo, then a drag, ...gurgled less, wiped again both the bottom of clearo and batt and gurgling stopped. For some reason a couple drags, then the re-cleaning works.
Hope yours doesn't have some kind of crack inside allowing juice into the post...did you contact the vendor with this issue?
I know some vendors only replace DOA but immediate gurgling issues when you KNOW you didn't get juice into the center post sounds like a defect to me.

This happens on the Kangers, too. It's definitely the coil coming loose, or perhaps it's a shoddy clearo. I check mine to make sure it's on snug every time I refill. They come loose sometimes because the act of unscrewing the mouthpiece can turn the post of the coil and loosen it. If your clearo outright stops firing, this is also most likely the reason.

I think you guys are referring to Stardusts or CE4's...I'm referring to the regular Vision Extreme CE2's. I do the paper towel thing, but after a few good drags the gurgling begins again...unscrew, wipe with a paper towel, blow it out, flick it,etc...then a few good drags...repeat. Just seems to waste a lot of juice and time.

The clearo I like is the clear Smoktech DCT carto tank. I've never had a leak with two of them and the vape is good.

I used clearos for a while and suffered through plastic taste, cracking tubes around the threads, and poor wicking. I know that they have been improved, but the design is still basically the same with improved parts. I'll stick with the carto tank. They are probably just as fragile if you sit down with one in your pocket, but they work right out of the box every time.

I hear ya, just can't stand the filler taste. I don't have any trouble with cracking, wicking, or the plastic taste (except for some reason Vision Mini 2.5 mls)...the only issue I have is this gurgling. I have some Stardusts...fine until you get down to the last .3-4 mls. Phoenix BC's...great for the most part except I have yet to have one work correctly after cleaning. These Visions I'm referring to I've had going for almost 2 months...cleaned and dry burned at least once every other week (I really only do menthol juices, so buildup is not really too much of a problem). Since I switched from DCC's to Fluxo XL's, I've never looked back. Even bought a Smoktech DCT because everyone talked about how good they are, but still couldn't get over the filler taste. But that's why we have so many different products...everyone likes something different!
