Vision Extreme question.

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to run this by all you Vision Extreme users. I've got one on my LT right now, putting it through its paces, and I was wondering if it was normal to see the coil glowing when you use it. No, it's not the LED. I managed to bork that already, somehow.

I'm using a 70/30 PG/VG juice that's been thinned down a bit to help with the wicking, if that makes a difference. I'm not noticing a burnt taste at all, but it's just odd. Edit: I'm also taking great care to ensure the wicks are charged before I take a draw.

Anyway, any thoughts?

Yes its normal,its not fully gunked up yet

Flavor will improve greatly from this point on.

Tip it but make sure the vent holes are horizontal to prevent flooding the chamber.

Sadly the wicks dont last very long at the coil on those,maybe 2-4 weeks tops depending on use.(which is good nonetheless)

You can crank those up to 5V but its playing deathrace with the coil.

You might also have a hot spot where the coil is not touching the wick.
