Anyone try these? Recently tried a BCC and hated it! Bought a hypertank and had nothing but constant leaking, and gurgling once 1/4 full and vapor tasted muted.. Haha I spend more time cleaning up after it than I do actually vaping it!! And as far as the muted flavor, I don't think it's vapor's tongue since I had the same juice in my Halo G6 with a mini clearomizer and could actually taste it. So I'm thinking a top coil clearomizer might be the trick...I've heard great things about the Vivi Nova Mini's but not this one specifically...I love the idea of getting a glass one, so I don't have to worry about tank crackers. Even if you don't personally know how this one performs, any input to a good top coil one would be appreciated :) thanks!

As far as I can tell from my own experience, bottom coil devices work on vacuum like a soda straw holding liquid if you put your finger on the tip. Drawing on the tip creates a lower vacuum drawing in the liquid. Why cleromizers give up at lower levels I don't know.

I have temperature and altitude changes that make it worse.

Top coil devices don't seem to have this problem. They still have condensation that runs down the tube and out the bottom eventually. The Innokin i30 is similar to the Vision but plastic. There are copies and clones called nova or vivi nova. I have a couple of clone minis and can't find coils for them.

I have used the vision glass VFATE tanks now for 5 months, they are super easy to clean and give great flavor in my opinion. I have also found the coils do last really well and are readily available still. The only downsides I have found however are having to turn the tank over frequently to keep the wicks wet and their draw can be quite tight. Overall however I think they are a great tank, easy to maintain, and have worked well for me. (They also fit the Innokin VTR perfectly)

On a side note, If I could take the adjustable airflow of my Aerotank v2 and the tank/coil style of the VFATE, I would be in vaping paradise.

Thanks PaulBHC ! Yeah that makes sense, I saw a lot of people complain about them having problems when around 1/4 full (saw that after I bought my tank of course :p) so now that I know better I'll probably stay away. I was looking at the mini's/vivi nova's as well, I didn't realize they were clones! I'll have to check out that Innokin i30.. Last night while shopping around I found a site with coils for the mini's, if I can go back through my history and find it I'll post it here in case you're still looking for them!

Thanks CastleRat, that makes me feel better! I was looking all over for any kind of additional information about them and got a little concerned, thinking they're either relatively new or they aren't any good to be this unpopular! How's your search going for a top coil glassomizer? Any luck?

Thanks vettemn86, I'm sooo relieved to hear that these do in fact exist and someone here has experience with them :D!!!!! Seriously! How long do the coils last you? How about vapor production? The swirling to keep wicks wet won't bother me, but when you say tight draw is it like, thick-milkshake-through-a-narrow-straw tight? I'm not sure I'm a fan of a really airy draw anyways, which is what the Hypertank has, but just curious how tight is tight! The mini-clearomizers for the Halo G6 have a tighter draw so I'm somewhat used to a tighter draw vs. an airy one.

put me down as another one done with bottom coils - haven't tried top coil tanks yet, but they can only be better than the leaky mess that that Kangers and other bottom coils I have used are, not to mention the coils go bad (start tasting bad in 1 or 2 days)

I hope someone will finally come out with a reliable clearomizer made of GLASS, with no weird toxic glues, no leak issues, no weird toxins in the coil metals, that is made with quality and will LAST (do any Japanese companies make clearomizers?)

why is my Sigilei V3 telescope PV so reliable and well made, and yet the other half of vaping (the clearomizer) is the most finicky unreliable mess?

That'd be nice, Angel Eyes! We can only hope! I've found the same to be true, my Vision X-fire Wood Spinner has been great, reliable, performs as it should. But finding a clearomizer that won't bust your chops is like trying to baptize a cat! All you're gonna do is make a mess and get frustrated haha. So I took a chance on this Vision Vfate, placed my order with a spare 2.2 ohm dual coil replacement head as well. So now I'm committed, just waiting for this vapemail to come in and I'll be sure to post my thoughts here once it arrives in case anyone wants to know how it performs..

My first vape was and still is my goto for out and about. Sigelei V5 and a Vivi Nova. I now have several Vivi's loaded with different flavors and use them most of the time. Vaping about 3ml a day, the coils last for sometimes two weeks as long as they are cleaned and dry fired after every couple of refills. I do like to dilute my all VG juice with something in the Vivi's. Not much, maybe 5%. I have used gin with some success with certain fruity juices.
