Hey first post guys, but been reading here for a while. After adequate research, my brother and I decided to start with 2 Vision spinners at 1300 mah, ibtanks 19mm xl size with smoktech prepunched 2 holed and juice from hoosierecig.com, mango and cherry vanilla at 60/40. while the mango is great the cherry vanilla was a pure fluke. And one battery works flawless. However, the other after initial charge ran out, cannot hold a charge! If say i charge for up to 5 hours! it never even stops doing the red/green flashin or the light turns off on the battery either like the other! it literally died after two vapes when i left it sitting off for your information as well overnight! while the tank and cartos seem okay, with 3.2 ohm 45 mm smoktech but they also seem to lack flavor and vapor production, the battery literally will not last for even 3 hours after 5 hour charge! I contacted hoosier ecig today and hope for a reply soon. I am chargin at 4.2 volts and doing everything correct I am beginning to get very upset I have owned for less than a week! Am i that unlucky small percent with a defective battery? Seems so. And any advice with new liquids as the mango was good but cherry vanilla was chemically and tasted like cleaner. The cartos seem to not be to awesome either? Any tips for better taste? Maybe get a 2 ohm? Yea but unless this situation is resolved I will not be buying anymore cartos or juice from hoosier cig, although I had plans to order more today! I really hope they take care of this issue because they were my planned site to get my smoktech cartos as they are a decent price and the juice is well priced as well, perhaps carto suggestions/ well priced sites and good juice sites/flavors? Am very new to a carto tank build and want to enjoy it like i enjoyed those disposable ecigs- lots of flavor and vape. And hoosierecig- should i even bother trying to resolve this or just go to a different vendor? I hope to stay with them. Vision spinner 1300 maH chargin verrry slow/ dying super fast

I tried charging my spinner 1300 from my laptop usb port. After about 8 hours it still wasn't charged very well. So i used the wall plug and now it takes about 3 1/2 hours to fully charge.
See this is what concerns me one of them acts properly takes around the same time as hours, while the one in question remains uncharged after overnight charging and dies after 3 hours tops, also it is being wall charged on the correct ego charger
I got a KGO vv from hossier ecig, and after one week, it totally died, as in wouldn't charge or anything, just dead. I contacted them in the morning and by noon they had responded. He told me he was very sorry, and they would send me a new one immediately with a prepaid envelope to return the defective unint. About 4days later the new one showed up with the pre-pad envelope... I was very happy with their service.
That being said... these things are made in china... there's gonna be some bad ones... just part of the equation. And ya really can't blame Hoosier for that. Now... if they don't respond, or offer a replacement... that's a different story, but based on my experience and others that I've read about, Hoosier is good to do business with.

That battery is defective and they should replace it for you.
I would definitely go for a new tank carto, perhaps try a low resistance single coil. Dual coils are not necessarily better and several members here will recommend single coils for an ego type power source.
For the juice you currently don't like, try "steeping" it. Take the cap and dripper off and leave it in a dark place for 24-48 hours. Recap and shake it, try it again or leave it alone for a few days in the dark. If that doesn't improve the flavor to something acceptable, the juice probably just isn't for you.

Yep they're China made- I have one Twist that doesn't hold a charge while a friend has a Spinner that's not holding a charge. It's a roll of the dice and luckily Brent @ Hoosier should be able to replace it.

As for juices..... If you want to try more of Hoosier's line, the following are great in my opinion:
1. Honeydew - sweet, no steeping (was my ADV until I started DIY a couple months ago)
2. Cotton Candy - Circus style, sweet, not chemical tasting
3. Candy Watermelon - not sour like a jolly rancher, more like a watermelon sucker
4. Cucumber Melon - mild flavor at first, very good after a week
5. Grape Bubblegum - my sister loves this flavor (says it tastes just like Bubbalicious). I have not tried it, grape is not really my thing.
I stay away from all cherry flavored vapes. Every vendor I have tried tastes very chemical and/or like cough syrup. Good luck and I'm sure Brent will take care of things. I have only had a problem once in the year and a half I have been ordering from him and it was a minor shipping issue, not even Hoosier's fault, but it was taken care of very quickly!

Looks like Hoosier ecig deserves two big thumbs up. Spoke with Brent he was kind and wasn't suspicious or get like that at all simply said okay led me thru the ticket number process and explained mmanufacturer warranty process to me. He also helped me decide on which resistance carto to go for next. Great service I will be staying with them for now on, just got a loyal customer. Honeydew and the wwatermelon soundgreat- are other any good menthol like flavors you guys would recommend? I loved the disposable menthol llogics. Heavy mint menthol taste/. I want a refreshing type taste to go with my sweet fruit flavors if you know what I mean.
I wish I could recommend a menthol, but that is not my thing either! You might experiment with menthol drops. You can add a drop to a couple ml of any flavored vendor juice to make it menthol. I don't use it, but I will see if I can find a source and edit it in later.

I just wanted to add that Brent and his team are fantastic folks and have never let me down. They don't carry everything I want/need but they are a great, legitimate company that ships FAST even for running a B&M location. Bad luck with the QC on some products from China as always, it's very inconvienent. Always good to have a back-up (And a back-up, for your back-up, if you can afford it ) Good luck!!!

I've done plenty of business with Brent and Hoosier e-cig supply. First class in my book. Yes, there is a small percentage of defective product from the Chinese e-cig industry as a whole, but some companies are better than others. The better vendors are the ones who know how to exchange defective product fairly and quickly. Defective Chinese products represent a higher percentage than we expect from US-made products but there are precious few US companies that build PVs with extensive electronics.
Thanks all you guys. Feeling a bit more confident thanks to you all going ahead, now onto figuring out why i need to take huge 10 second hits all the time and the flavor and vapor seem way low for my setup
Hoosier ecig is a great site, I got my first set of KGO batteries and juice from there. His Cherry or Vanilla Cola and Mounds Bar were really good.
Hey guys. Replacement just came in. Vaped until it died about 12 hours, plugged it in at 4.2v in a 420 mah charger. At nine hours the light on the battery turned off. Its been 12 hours now. The light on the charger hasn't turned green yet. ...? These batteries take over 12 hours to charge? Two so far have behaved the save exact way. Disappointed now.
I also have a vision spinner 1300Mah that I purchased from Kalamazoo Vapor shop and it also would not hold a charge , they replaced it with no questions asked ....it does take a long time to charge even in a wall plug but since I have a backup 510 it isnt s big deal for me.
Question is how long does it take to charge? Some people say it only takes 4 hours, I mean 13 hours seems a little much
