This might help too...I read this on one of the immense threads somwhere here on this forum when I was reasearching for my spinner. Set the volatage to 4.2 when charging...it seems to charge quicker and better that way. I've had mine almost 2 months and have been doing this and after 12 hours or so of heavy vaping it takes about 3 hours..sometimes less to reach a charge. YMMV...just my :2c: :)

Oh awesome! I actually have stumbled upon that 4.2 voltage for more efficient charging myself once or twice. I tried it and it didn't work with the wall charger I had but when I get the wall charger working I will give it a try.

ive had 2 of these 1300mah spinners fail on me..the second one I think I only charged it 2 or 3 times and then it failed..won't be buying another lol..

Yikes! That's no good. It's nice to hear the feedback though. I've heard they have several models of Vision Spinners. Perhaps their older ones had issues? Or perhaps mine might die out after 3 or so charges too! But lets hope not haha.

Glad you narrowed it down to the charger. My Vapor Store will make it right for you I am sure.

I have had my Spinners (also purchased from MVS) for about 3 months now, absolutely no issues at all. Best advice I ever got about them was never screw anything on too tight - and that includes the charger. My toppers are barely screwed on.

I've retired the Spinners now and they are backups, but they are an excellent battery in my experience.

Oh awesome. Thanks for the advice! MVS has already shipped me out a new charger. I have no idea if it's the same kind of charger or a new one they have just sent an email with a tracking number that says my order has shipped! Hopefully it works! Regardless, seems like very nice customer service on their part :)

BRILLIANT! I just got my 1300 spinner and the charger light wasn't turning red and the battery button wasn't lighting up to denote charging with my wall adapter. I plugged it into the computer instead and presto! Now its doing that weird flashing red/green thing I have read about, and the button light is on. so... I'm considering this a victory.

My charger dongle is 4.2V @ 420mA , and my wall adapter is 5V @ 500 mA

Thanks Ocelot.

220V input? I would have thought 120V AC input for typical US wall outlets. 220V is for a washing machine. Def wrong charger. Also, I put mine at 4.2V while charging, it is good advice...
I think he has a EURO charger (euro chargers have round plugs though?!?!)...their standard wall voltage is 220, if its designed for 220 and you are putting in 110...1/2 the voltage...not sure if the regulator cares that changes the rectified AC to DC...need a multimeter to tell if the output is actually reading 5vdc or not!

Definitely need to get a 5vdc wall wart for 110, even get a higher than 500mA if you can find one...the 4.2vdc eGo charger doesn't care what goes in current wise it has a tiny 1/8" square IC that controls the constant voltage/current to the battery...it only uses what it needs the output of the wallwart is only there to tell you what it CAN push

Thanks Ocelot.

What is the input voltage on the ratings plate of the AC adapter? Is this another case of an incorrect 220 volt AC adapter?
