[h=2]Ok, so, brand new Spinner quits working, and I take it apart. The black wire is attached to the circuit board at a little circle labeled "G," but the other end is disconnected. I do not know where to connect this loose end and have searched the web for some sort of schematic but have had no luck.
Does anyone know?

Also, I am in an area without stores and cannot solder the wire, so I was wondering if anyone had an idea for a temporary fix, a way to temporarily affix the black wire to its proper location.

I have experience re-soldering the wires back ONTO the circuit boards of Ego Twists, but not on the Spinners (bought a Spinner last wk), however, I'm guessing that they're both generally the same. My experience fixing dozens of Twist batteries has been that the other end of that black wire connects to the battery. I haven't yet actually tried to reconnect a wire to the battery yet. I've tried to pull a battery from the outer casing before, but it resisted after a cm or 2, im assuming due to the voltage dial connection. Depending on how good you are with these things & if you can't return the Spinner, maybe you'd want to check out a member named Mediocre Toker, he's got experience with battery removal from the casing & soldering. I'll paste the link to a good thread from him. Plus, another guy in this thread gives important advice about what types of batteries are safe to solder on & which ones aren't.

In reference to reconnecting wires without a soldering gun, I have 2 thoughts for you: first, you could try a tiny piece of aluminum foil to make the connection, secured with a small piece of electrical tape, 2nd, maybe using a cigarette lighter (or a bbq grill lighter to avoid burning your hand) to heat either a thick piece of copper wire or metal hanger, this would act as a conductor for the heat & could maybe melt the solder ALREADY on the broken connection long enough to just stick the stripped wire from your loose connection in. I hope that all makes sense.
