Have you ever had a Vision Spinner that doesn't light when you press the button? It's a 1300.

I tried three different chargers, and the light just stays green like there is nothing in it. I only bought it two months ago and I don't use it all that much because I have a bunch of other PVs.

You think it's dead? Beyond hope?

Yes this exact thing happened to me with my first spinner... except it was only 3 weeks old! I bought it from a local B&M and paid a big markup on it, and they were like "sorry no returns".

For a couple days before it died I also noticed it was never getting fully charged.. like I would have it on the charger for 3-4 hours and I'd still have a red light. So that was weird.

But I'm currently using 3 of them in rotation and have noticed no problems whatsoever. It's been about 2 months so I am curious to see how long these will last. Already way past the three week mark thank god!

I'm pretty sure this one has a short. I played with the button and got it on for a few minutes, enough to charge it. When I took it off of the charger, instead of the white button light flashing and going out, the light stayed lit and didn't turn off. I got it to work for awhile, then the light stopped coming on. I'm going to get rid of this one, I don't want to start a fire!

Sharon, was yours a 1300? I have four 1300 Spinners. I use them for taking out of the house, and I use my "good mods" at home. So they don't get that much use. I think my oldest is maybe a year old.

I had this happen with two spinners and at least half a dozen other chinese mods. They are cheap and the quality reflects the price. I basically consider them to be disposables.

You can buy a multimeter at any big box store and check to see if it is working. They are only about $10 and you can also test cartomizers.

You got that right, David! Or my Zmax. I'm going on a cross-country train trip, so I bought a teensy weensy PV for stealth vaping. I hope I can keep it under my shirt and take a puff here and there.

Just get a fancy decorated lanyard, and everyone will think it's just jewelry :p

Not to mention frequent strolls to the WC.

Although if you're at least semi-discrete, and just sitting in the coach seat, you'll probably escape notice anyway.

That is adorable. I am officially stricken with mod envy.

Why are tiny things always so much cuter?

How does it hit though?

Sharon, you know, I'm quite surprised at how well it hits! Taste is good. I have a teensy 1.7 cartomizer on it, called a shorty. The issue is that the shorty doesn't hold much juice. I'm thinking of putting a mini Vivi Nova on it, but those are as tall as the regular Vivis.

Great idea about the fancy lanyard. Who makes them?

Watermelon!!! LOL! And with a train, you can walk around all you want, so the WC is fine.
