Hi, I really like my Vision Mini Vivi Novas. I've discovered the best place to get them is from Liberty Flights. Good price for the mini vivi which comes with fitted 2.4 ohm head, instead of having to buy a set which comes with additional 1.8 ohm and 3 ohm heads which I don't want. However, their replacement heads are £3.99 which I thought was a bit steep, so I bought a pack of 5 from Vaperone for £8 which are giving me a burnt taste. I'm having to vape them at 3.7V instead of my usual 4.2V which isn't very satisfactory. I've bought perfect replacement heads before but can't remember where from. So after a bit of googling I've bought 5 from vape Escape to try them. Has anyone had similar problems, and do you know if the ones from Vape Escape are going to be as good as the originals?

I find the average price of a Vivi Nova head to be £2.50.

Liberty flights charge £2.99, which doesn't sound much, but if you got through a lot of them, that's kind of cheeky.

I tend to buy 5 packs for £9.95 and then get 10% discount. I also rewick/coil my own quite often.

The vapourone Novas are not Vision Novas. I have bought 3 not-Vision novas and they were frankly a waste of money. No surprise to me that the replacement heads are crap really. One of them was so poorly made, it shorted and killed a perfectly good battery.

As you may know, there are different heads for different Novas. I only buy them now from Vape Escape, although I've not bought a complete "kit" for 5 months....just heads.

That's what I wanted to hear, that the Vaperone heads are not real Vision ones, cos I hate that burnt taste :( From doing a wee bit of research I garnered that Vape Escape sell genuine Vision stuff, so it's good to know you get yours there too.
So for less than £2 difference for a 5-pack I'm getting the real deal which will hopefully have me enjoying my mini vivi novas like before :vapor:
Thanks, djsvapour :toast:

Yeah, Juicemoose, that site looks pretty damn good. And there seem to be a lot of people here very happy with them. But would their replacement heads be as bad as the ones from Vaperone?
Just received my replacement heads from Vape Escape and I'm now vaping my RY4 merrily at 8.0 Watts, which works out at just over 4.6V (they're measuring 2.7 ohms) with none of that horrible burnt taste. Bliss :vapor:
A lot better than the 3.7 V I had to vape with the dodgy heads. I'm quite happy to pay £9.95 for 5 heads I know work perfectly.
The Fasttech site does look quite good so I may give it a try when my wife lets me spend some more money ;)

Thanks for the advice guys :D
