Cool review. :) I agree - this is a great time to be a vaper!

Love the cat - the device... eh... not so much. Good price, not-so-good aesthetic. Looks too weird for me. I like the Twist better as well.

BTW - would be nice to see more of your critters on our Pet Pix thread. I keep watching them during the reviews, and the cuteness factor is definitely up there.

Will be listening to your show tonight.

Thank you Briar. I used to be part of a pet owners group, but it doesn't exist anymore.

Hey Lord, nice review. Couple comments/questions:
1. Cute cat (well, for a cat that is)
2. Good review
3. What'd you do with the one that died? Can I have it? (if the electronics are fixable)
4. Do you know how the weight (with batteries) compares to the Tox? (especially with the Tox in mini mode)?
5. Why do i ask so many questions?
6. Where's that door in the background go? Closet? Bathroom? Dungeon? Is it a dorrway into another dimension?

Thank you. Her best friend is a dog. So... there's that. :D

2. Good review
Thank you.

It is headed back to GV, so they can return it.

4. Do you know how the weight (with batteries) compares to the Tox? (especially with the Tox in mini mode)?
It has almost no weight. It is even lighter than the TOX. Not sure by how much though.

5. Why do i ask so many questions?
Because, if you did... you wouldn't be you. :)

6. Where's that door in the background go? Closet? Bathroom? Dungeon? Is it a dorrway into another dimension?
It is a walk-in closet, which could literally be used as a room.

Thanks!

Did you by chance happen to unscrew the vv? Off the record of course and nobody has to know but me but I'm wondering if the circuitry could be repurposed? (Ideally I want to repurpose the circuitry froma twist, including adjustment wheel, but with the display from the varistack, just not sure if it's within my capabilities)

I didn't. Since I am sending it back, I didn't play too much.

good review there lord. 20$ sure is crazy thinking back spending 180$ on my provari a year or two ago. Really cool that people will be able to dabble in vv without shelling out the dough. I too think the ego twist would be my choice in this new category of cheap vv devices. For me durability is really the big thing in vaping. If I have to buy five of those a year, any cost advantage evaporates. The expensive provari has paid for itself easily in all my cheap devices that drop one by one. I had a large collection at one point and the only ones left standing are a roughstack, provari, and two ego elegants that i've kept alive with solder and stuborn defiance. Like the price but it reminds me of one of those flashlights they throw in with jumper cables. They won't work when you need it, so might as well get a maglight.
