Vivi Mini Nova Leaks down air tube

Did I just get a dud?

I've read about other leak problems with this clearo - the Mini Vivi - i.e. around the tank to bottom joint. I can live with teflon tape there.

But this one leaks down the air tube, under the coil, and onto the battery. Standing up, laying down. Leaks. Lots of wasted juice.

Generally it also has a pool of juice on top of the coil cover. Now, if I was overfilling I could understand that, but I'm (well, usually!) careful not to do that. And it seems that if that was the source of the leak, it would drain out, but it doesn't drain out... just stays puddled up.

Anyone else with this issue?

Been around the block a few times, and I know manufacturing defects happen. But I'm a bit unwilling to try another, yet. I do like the form factor atop a Spinner, and with the ring it looks good on my MVP, too. But filling up the battery with the vaping kind of juice rather than the electrical kind isn't my favorite way to spend my time

I have 3 VN & used many coils & they all leak around the threaded coil. Just fill them to the bottom of threads. I tried everything. I ditched them & went to rba genesis style & haven't looked back. I like VN but don't trust them now. I will try them again in the future. Right now I'm diggin the rba.

Point noted, budynbuick, and I'm usually pretty good about not overfilling.

At the same time, there do appear to be a lot of folk reporting happiness with them, so maybe it's just the luck of the draw, and we happened to draw the short straw
