Reviving this thread to mention another plus of the Vivi Nova: it is the quietest delivery system I have yet tried. Most of my other cartomizers/etc go all Rice Krispies when you fire them up. Not the VN...it is practically silent. Since taking up vaping I have re-discovered the decadent pleasures of "smoking" in bed, and the VN is the only thing that does not wake up Mr Scarf-Ace. Points.

Yeah, the Vivi is rather silent. I think it's mostly because of the distance between the coil's links. They have a bit more space than would be on an eGo-T atomizer, so the Rice Crispies sound doesn't really pronounce itself so much. I personally took the liberty of expanding on that and making my own coils more distant. It sounds almost as silent as a cigarette now.

I cleaned mine today by rinsing and then dry burning. It works well with my stardusts so thought I'd try it with the nova. Now it has a burnt taste to it. Wonder if I messed it up? Think I'm gonna have to change heads. Guess I'll try the above method next.

The burnt taste could be caused by something moving within the head causing the coils to no longer make proper contact with the wick. Also, you could 'cure' a burnt flavor by putting a drop or two of juice directly on the coil. This might be your issue.

Just cleaning my first Vivi 2.5, came here to see how to do it. So far, nice! Hits like a freight train, had to turn voltage down to 3.0 with the 1.8 head.

Hey Sandy, fancy meeting you here:) Yes, cleaning the VN has thus far consisted of rinsing it out and drying it, that's it. Couldn't be easier! I have just filled it with W2V Creamy Espresso and it is working like a chanp: mondo vapor and very little noise. Next I'm going to see if it is up to the challenge of Boba's Bounty, haha;)

Scarfy!!!!!! Did you dry it before using it? I rinsed mine with hot water and left it on a tissue to dry for a couple of hours. Am I good to go?

Absolutely. I just fill it with a few mls of water, cap it, shake a bit, and then pour out. Use a cotton bud (oh wait, I am among Americans, I can say "Q-tip" LOL) to get into the crevices near the wick if you need to. But you shouldn't need to.

I dont know what happened, last night I took a hit on the VN and my light on ego-t batt just blinked. So I took it apart and cleaned everything and got it back together and it worked. Same thing happened today but now after I put it back together, I get nothing but blinking on the batt. Is the atty head done already its been a week and half
Hi, that happened last night on my KGO, The center pin on the vivi nova is longer and a bit rough. From the reviews I have seen it can be a problem, as in the fact that the ego/kgo center pin on battery floats on a pad of silicone, the longer pin on the VIVi pushes it down and eventually you dont get contact. I have just been pulling the center pin on my batteries every so often so that they get good contact and so that I can charge the batts too. When I got the blinking light on one of my batts I put it on charger and the charger read green, but I knew I had been using it for at least 6 hours, so I pulled the center pin on batt and no problems, charged it and attached the vivi. SOme one on a review said to avoid the problem you can sand down the thread with a dremel or sandpaper it. I might try this.

Well I went ahead and did it, I guess you might say this is my small step into modding. I made the vent holes near the bottom threads larger and sanded very lightly the pins. Now the vivi looks better on my Kgo with the litte thread cover. Very nice, vapes even better, more of a large cloud and it stays cooler when chain vaping. I also slipped on the new black tank I got for it. I love it, looks so cool. I just have to remember to check the juice level since now I cant see thru it.

Received mine 2 days ago. So far so good. I keep unscrewing them off the battery to make sure they didn't leak like the Kanger T2's did. Did I hear someone say if it's too good to be true.....you know the rest.

Mine have never leaked. However, I have had the coils burn up fairly quickly. All in all, it's a toss up whether I prefer these to regular tanks. I like the Vivi's more, but replacing the heads or coils/wicks will be just about as frequent as replacing a carto in a tank for me.

I have a healthcabin order incoming which contains a Vivi Nova, a Mini Vivi Nova, and a Vivi Tank, three totally different products. I would like to offer my services to the vaping industry as a Nomenclature Consultant, free of charge.;)

I've had my Vivi nova for 3 weeks and just noticed a drop in performance. I changed the head last night but i'm still not getting much vapor and the TH is more harsh than usual. I've been vaping consistently at 4.8v on the 1.8 ohm heads. One potential reason i'm thinking may be that i refill when it's down to about 1/4 and i never empty out the old juice. The old stuff has been getting noticeably darker over time. I just took it apart and rinsed everything under warm water and left it out to dry. When i get home, i'll start with a full tank of fresh juice and see if it solves the problem.
