VIVI Nova conundrum

OK I like my Vivi Novas. BUT when rebuilding the heads I keep tearing the sleeves that isolates the wires inside the head. Can someone help with a suitable replacement OR can these little sleeves be bought somewhere? Thanx I hope, lol
