Might be a machining problem in there somewhere, but is there any reason to think leakage around the threads is part of the airflow design?
The threads have to be correct. Its past the threads.

Its just a couple that have poor air draw. The thing that sucks, when you cant draw air properly, you burn ur juice. I just might have to run an inside micrometer in my tanks when I buy them. I know its ...., but I hate to drive back to return faulty tanks. Quality control.

Vision vivi novas are known for being inconsistent. Especially lately. Have you tried it on a different device to see if the airflow is better?

I did try it on C twist, I taste MVP and Evic the clearance is just too tight. I've noticed I have three tanks that have the threads up too high inside the tank. When unscrew it down on my Evic it s going past the bottom if the threads and actually spinning.

See if it could be this

One way to test is to see if you can draw with the device off the battery, if yes off, but no on...then it's because is on the battery, if no, then it's restricted ^ someplace else

The vivi nova clones I bought from fasttech came with vivi nova markings ON IT!
