Vivi Nova won't work w/ SS Lavatube

I just got my vivi nova today and am having a problem getting it to work on my Lava Tube. It works fine on my Ego Twist. The Lavatube works fine with my regular tank so I know it's not the LT. I have a SS Lavatube that has the ego adapter built in. When I draw on the vivi nova on the LT there is NO air, nothing. It is working because I hear it sizzling but I can not draw anything on it. It's beyond a tight draw, there is no draw at all. I put an ego thread cover on it and it seems to work fine that way. Anyone know why this is? It looks really cool on the LT with the purple tank and silver end caps though, just can't draw on it unless I have that thread cover.

I think someone else posted they had to use a 510 shorty extension. I have a black VTube and the Nova works fine on it as is...

must be something to do with the built in ego adapter I guess. Guess I'll just use it with the thread cover attached. I have a 510 shorty extension and it works with that too but it looks better if I just use the thread cover instead.

no probably not but you might have run into my husband. He is on the GA Packing forum. Don't know how much he posts but he is on there all the time.
