100% correct. The top of the 510 connection is flush with the top of the body on the ProVari. If they would have made that connector 1/32" higher the air choking would not have been an issue and we would not need an adapter.
I don't see the airflow problem myself, but I can see where it might depending on how hard you screw in the tank. YMMV.
Gotvapes has good deals on both the regular and mini. I've bought 4 minis from him already and no problems with any of them as they are all in my rotation right now!!

Yes, if you loosen the tank it will work OK. As you say it's only when you go down tight and the base of whatever you are using bottoms out on the top of the PV body closing off the drip well. Actually there are times when I want a tighter draw that I'll actually tighten it up on purpose. Adjustment to suit your taste.
I am loving the nova. I got the black CVT. The windowed metal one that just came out. When I got it it was the same material as my black ego twist. That rubbery feel. But I noticed after cleaning three or four Times the rubber started to peel away. I soon noticed there was a black chrome material under the rubber and peeled the first layer of rubber away. It seems that vision just put a super thin layer of clear rubber over the already black metal nova. Has anyone done this before? I'm getting a black Provari mini in a month and think this peeling thing could make the new black vivi nova cvts fit really nice on the black Provari vs having a black chrome Provari with a rubberized nova. I think it's only the black nova that has this cheap latex coating.
