Vivi Nova Question

Hi All.

I had a question about the bottom positive pin on the Vivi Novas. The pin is slotted and I was wondering if the position or tightness of that pin makes any difference. I tried twisting it, seems it doesn't really tighten but does anyone know affect it will have if its twisted one way or the other?

Do you mean the centre piece inside? I've never tried twisting it. I don't think it makes any difference - I've used vivi novas a lot and have never turned it. The length is the important thing - to make contact with the centre pin on the pv.

That center pin can be pulled down towards the battery if your having problems with contact. Other than that
you won't need to mess with it as long as is extends slightly past the 510 threading.

Believe that slot may be for air draw in addition to the hole on the threaded shaft as some early mods didn't have the air slots notched into the 510 female section.
