Huh???

Did you buy them new?
Do the battery connection ends look identical on the twists? and are they identical batteries?
Possibly stripped/crossed threads on the one battery.

If you bought them at a brick and mortar vape shop they should replace that battery with no problem.
If they give you a lot of grief, and won't replace it, they probably knew there was an issue with it. Walk away, shop elsewhere.

oh, and

idk guys. It goes on perfectly with one but it wont fasten with the other

A little more info would help please

How does it not fasten?

Does it go into the connector and just spin (completely stripped threads)
Or does it not even start to go into the connection? (possible factory defect ie:not threaded at all)

my evod and clearomizers go on fine. But when I put the vivi nova on it just wont tighten. it just keeps spinning.

Ok, sounds like the 510 threads are stripped out on it. shouldn't have happened on a brand new battery (unless you tried to really crank that vivi nova down on it)

I would recommend getting some beauty rings to go on the ego threads - this will really help support the tank a lot better and not put so much stress on the 510 threads alone.

IM me with your address and I will mail you one (beauty ring that is) I have a ton of them

and going back to my 1st reply -
