I have noticed ejuice collecting inside of the little metal round piece that's surrounded by the clear rubber gasket that seals the juice from the mouth piece. Is that from a leak from not tightening enough or is that just "splatter" from when it heats up? I hope I am describing it good enough for you... It just seems I am cleaning that area constantly. Thanks for the help in advance

Its fine. Its splatter and condensation of the ejuice collecting at the top. Don't worry about it, if its a lot I tend to tap it back into the tank.

Also don't tighten it too much, you'll squish the o-ring and it won't be effective. Snug, not torqued =)

Thank you for the quick response, that's what I was hoping it was... I try not to over tighten but seems it happens on accident... To me I feel that everything needs to be flush and that in turn over tightens I'm sure

I agree with what Cyhawk says. I just killed a VAMO and a Smoktek Zmax from overtightening the atomizers. I think I have found a fix, so the fingers are crossed.
